Agreement
By creating a Dreammade website account, starting a trial, downloading Official, or using Dreammade CAD, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use Dreammade for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
The product
Dreammade is Official CAD plus this website office. Features include live CAD, Luna (an in-product design assistant), photo views, exports such as ORDX paths where available, license seats, and Luna credits for paying use of assistant and related capabilities.
Anyone may start a 14-day trial, create an account, and download Official for Mac or Windows. No invitation is required. Access still depends on working credentials, seat capacity, and credit or billing state where those apply.
Accounts, seats, and Luna credits
Your website office password signs you into this site’s Account surface. It is not an Official Connect code. After you download Official, you connect a computer to a seat with the seat’s connect code inside the app.
Customer billing on this site is about seats and Luna credits. Seat licenses assign computers; Luna credits meter assistant and related paid usage. When Stripe is linked for your organization, you may open the customer portal or checkout flows we provide. We do not invent SKUs or claim checkout that the live billing system does not offer.
Acceptable use
Use Dreammade only for lawful professional design work you are authorized to perform. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, seat limits, billing, or credit metering; reverse engineer in violation of applicable law; or misuse the service to harm others or interfere with the product.
Professional judgment
Outputs — including CAD, presentations, photos, Luna guidance, and exports — are tools in development. You must verify them under trained professional judgment before quoting as final, or production use. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or fit for any particular job without your review.
Trials and paid service
Trials are time-limited (currently 14 days unless we state otherwise in the product). When a trial ends, CAD or assistant features may change according to entitlement. Paid seats and Luna credits are governed by the prices and terms shown at checkout or in the billing portal at the time of purchase. Refunds follow the processor and any policy stated at purchase.
Intellectual property
Dreammade, Luna, branding, software, and documentation remain owned by Dreammade and its licensors. You keep rights in your own job and customer design content, subject to the limited license needed for us to host, process, and display that content to provide the service.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where disclaimer is allowed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreammade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for production outcomes based on unverified outputs. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you paid nothing, except where law forbids that limit.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
