A seat is a purchased license slot ($120 primary · $80 each additional). Each seat holds at most one computer. Unbound seats say Open and show the connect code to paste in Official Connect. Bound seats show the computer and Release — they do not say Open. Release is on every seat so you can unbind Official even if the card was wrongly Open.

Sign in on this website with your password account, download Official, then use Connect in Official with your seat code. Do not treat an email numeric code as the door into the app.

Paying customers buy seats and Luna credits. Locked seat prices: $120 primary seat · $80 each additional seat. Change quantity and payment methods in the Stripe billing portal when linked.
Luna credits load after sign-in.
Luna and photos stop when credits hit zero. CAD seats stay up.

Delete account
Request delete for the mailbox you signed in with. Official Connect unbinds on every seat for this office. This browser signs out. Dreammade then removes the website office for that email. Official stays on the computer until you uninstall it.
