Who this covers

Dreammade is Official CAD plus this website office. Anyone can start a 14-day trial, create a website account, and download Official for Mac or Windows. This page explains what we collect to run that product and account surface.

What we collect

Account details needed to sign in and operate the product: email, website office password credentials (hashed/stored by our auth service), organization or seat metadata, device binding for license seats, and billing contact information when you subscribe or buy Luna credits.

Product usage that is necessary to deliver CAD, Luna (the in-product design assistant), photos, and downloads — including session tokens, seat connect codes, and Luna credit balances. Design and job data may be processed so Luna and related features can act inside Dreammade.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, issue and manage seats, provide Luna credits, process payments through Stripe when billing is linked, deliver downloads, improve reliability, and communicate about your account or trial. We do not sell personal information.

Processors and third parties

Hosting, authentication, billing (Stripe), and in-product features may process data through service providers under our direction. Those providers receive only what is needed for their role. Some features may send design context to third-party APIs under our control to generate results inside Dreammade.

Retention and access

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You can sign in at Account to manage seats, devices, downloads, and billing portal access when Stripe is linked. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us through the email on your account or the address published for Dreammade support.

Honesty limits

Dreammade outputs are tools in development. Verify drawings under trained professional judgment before production.
